Refund Policy

If camp is canceled due to weather-related conditions, refunds will be automatically processed accordingly:

  • Two days canceled; 30% refunds will be processed.

  • Three or more days canceled; 60% refunds will be processed. Balls and t-shirts will be distributed via high school coaches.

**All schedule changes regarding inclement weather will be posted on this website. If a full day gets canceled, Friday is the rain date. If additional full days get canceled, refunds of 15% per day get distributed.
